Sport Specific Fitness Training
It still surprises me to see the training that sports people do at the gyms. Some of the fitness tests done by apparent professionals have no relevance to individual sport. With our experience in the testing and training of national and international athletes (as well as producing world champions) we truly can help you achieve your fitness requirements for any sport. Learn the proper biomechanical sequencing for your sport and train to become better at your sport. This is offered as individualized sessions, group sessions (2-3 people) or team sessions. Team sessions are available to sport clubs who are looking for a specialist to come and carry out the fitness sessions.

Sport Specific Fitness Testing
Let us evaluate your sport specific fitness. Do you have all the fitness requirement for your sport? Running a 5km in 20 minutes doesn’t mean that you are going to be the next 100m sprint champion. Doing bench press is not going to make you stronger for the shot put or make you hit harder for boxing. Both single and large group testing is available, depending on your needs.

Game and Biomechanical Assessment
If you would like to have your sport analayzed to determine your biomechanics during competition, to determine technique efficiency etc, we will gladly attend your competitions and evaluate your performances along with a detailed report of strengths and weaknesses as well as recommendations for improvements. This system of game day analysis is used by professional teams around the world and is usefull in helping you achieve your full capacity as an athlete and to detect poor mechanics that could result in injuries later on.
